so that the sealing plastic is evenly squeezed around the screw hole, and the exposed metal plate section is
sealed to achieve the anti-corrosion effect and extend the service life of the plate.
Prevent screw hole leakage: the 23mm diameter sealing waterproof gasket is made of high weather-resistant
plastic material, which has a larger and tighter contact area with the corrugated plate. Under normal installation conditions,
there is absolutely no leakage at the position of the screw hole.
Improve wind resistance: The diameter of the screw cap is 25mm, which is 13mm larger than the ordinary self-tapping screw,
and the effective protection area of the corrugated plate is increased by 108%. Taking 3 sets of screws per square meter as an example,
the wind resistance performance is increased by more than 3 times.
Screw anti-corrosion: Anti-corrosion coating is adopted, which has 7-10 times the corrosion resistance effect of ordinary galvanized
screws and paint-coated screws.
